Before Bait-And-Switch Mitch declared the Pioneer Days to be over...

(A guest post by Crap Mariner)

Hi there. R. Crap Mariner here, spinning the bullshit of others into comedy gold.

Yeah, it took a post on good old Lotus123 Linden to get me out of my blogging retirement.

A few months before Rhymes-With-Mitch's SL5B poineers-settlers speech, he appeared on Beyers Sellers' Metanomics show.

Yep. He was Ruthed. (My grandmother's name is Ruth, but she's much cuter and a bit less facial hair.)

Had problems with Voice, too. And couldn't figure out how to sit in the chair.

They had to swap it out with a chair with a simple click-to-sit:

 kapor 2

(Notice the change in chair. And Mitch's rack.)

Am I making this up? Because, you know... I'm a wackadoodle joker and all. Ha ha. Funny. Right?

Well, I dunno. Ask the other old-timers that were there:

Assuming you can still find any of them, of course.

Anyway, a few months later, Mitch was lecturing the outspoken old-timers to shut up and step aside so the business people could have their turn at the grid.

So other captains of industry could pay top dollar for these systems and services. And learn how to sit. Or use Voice. Or appear without a nice rack.

How's that working out for you, eh?

As so many say for Purim: They tried to kill us. They failed. Let's eat. (Are Irony and Hubris Kosher? Ask Aunt Mitch, I suppose.)

I'm not quite sure what this post means (No disrespect Crap, I'm kind of slow) but I was quite happy to find myself in the picture. I can't wait to take this street cred back to SL.
