Fact of the matter is that Second Life has a bunch of people who are weird, sick, twisted, freakish, deranged or completely disconnected with reality. From blog post by Prad Prathivi
Nothing like sweeping generalizations. The same could be said about(cue "sweeping generalization!") *all* of FL. Or about one's neighborhood, political party, church, school, backyard. Or even about one person's self projection. Or not possibly not. That seems to be the thing about generalizations. They blanket everything and usually stick to nothing. Generally. ;-)
If I wanted to make a sweeping generalisation, then surely I'd have said "Fact of the matter is that Second Life *is* a bunch of people who are weird, sick, twisted, freakish, deranged or completely disconnected with reality."
Read what's there.. not what some people try to make out what's there.. ;)
(Note above that I said "some" - that's again not a sweeping generalisation, in case that needed to be clarified!)
